View collectionBeautifully Broken
Meet Beautifully Broken, our newest collection. Kintsugi is the Japanese art of putting broken pottery pieces back together with gold — a metaphor for embracing flaws and imperfections.
All the pieces from our Beautifully Broken collection are mended from our past curated goods that didn't pass our QC, broken and flawed pieces and so on. Some curated goods / flawed pieces are broken and then refined using the Kintsugi method to breathe a new lease of life into them.
Our Beautifully Broken pieces can be used as trinket dishes, brush / pen holders or decorative art. Due to the adhesive solution and pigments used, these restored pieces are not food safe. Please do not microwave, bake or put the pieces in the dishwasher.

View collectionLove, Devdan Donation Drive
100% of the proceeds will be donated to Devdan. Devdan, turning 2 in October, is born with Type 2 Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) – a rare condition that damages nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord.
Devdan and his family are looking to raise SGD 2.9 million by 1st September 2021 for a one-time-only gene therapy treatment, Zolgensma.
You can also make donations directly to Ray of Hope.
Every dollar you donate will take Devdan a step closer to reaching this target. We are now asking for your support so that Devdan can receive the treatment he needs before he turns 2. We know that this is a very difficult target but time is of essence for Devdan’s treatment.

These Modern Kintsugi B*obie Cups are upcycled from slightly flawed / overstock pieces from a manufacturer who hand makes wares for a Michelin restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden.
The Breast Cancer Foundation relies on donations, sponsors and fundraising activities to run various programmes and services.
We are pledging 15% of our proceeds to BCF.

To allow ample time to complete your Modern Kintsugi ware, we don’t encourage you to bring along your own broken item for repair during the workshop. However, you can engage us for our restoration service here. |
You may bring along 1 of your broken ware as long as it is 15cm(W) x 15cm(L) x 5cm(H) or smaller, broken into less than 10 pieces. We have to limit the size and the number of broken pieces in the essence of time. |

Join us for a healing workshop with Winnie.W, founder of Gold & Behold, as she guides you through The Healing Art of Modern Kintsugi –– a workshop inspired by the philosophy of Kintsugi.
Through Winnie's personal Modern Kintsugi practice, she discovered that the philosophy of Kintsugi allows her to understand her struggles in a tangible way and provides a form of healing mediative art.
Winnie is also the first and only artist in Singapore to add a unique touch and transforms the philosophy of Kintsugi into wearable accessories and homewares.
You can understand more about the creative process behind our Kintsugi-inspired works by reading our FAQs and post.
