Hi there! I’m neurodivergent — late diagnosed with severe combined ADHD in the 98th percentile. This affects my executive function, time perception, and ability to prioritise — along with many other invisible struggles.


Gold & Behold is a small, heart-led business predominantly run by me. From social media posts to website updates and packing orders, I personally manage daily operations, procurement, workshop preparation, facilitator training, and yes — every golden seam of your Kintsugi restoration.


Between offsite workshops, in-studio sessions, and handling logistics, some days can get a little full.


That said, we respond to every email with a human touch — no bots, just real hearts behind the screen.
