Our Jesmonite pieces takes about 3 days to sometimes 2 months to craft depending on size, quantity, fabrication, sourcing of molds etc. Definitely seems easy when it’s concised into a 9 sec video 🤣 Not all the steps are recorded here. Large pieces like our Arch Tray took us 3 months of trial & error to perfect. From ensuring that the large amount of Jesmonite gets mixed into a smooth, clump-free consistency to carefully pouring it into the mould without large air bubbles in the ridges. 

Truly a test of our technical skills and understanding of Jesmonite.
